Wynstone Home Owners Association Meeting Auguest 9, 2016

Meeting called to order by A. May at 6:35pm

Discuss moneys received for Wynstone entrance from city.

Review  Block Party. Do it again next year.

Discuess further progress and action for delinquent HOA dues.

Draft letter to Homeowners communicating change in management and new enformement of bylaws.

A.May officially resigned from the HOA board.

K. Wagaman made first motion to hire Apex Management Company for full time management. Motion Passed.

K. Wagaman made a motion to nominate J. Rubertino for Predint and M. Woessner for Vice President.

Motion Passed
