         Bylaws & Enforcements

         Process for hiring management firm

         Merging associations

         Streamlinging bylaws from all sections

         Sidewalk repair

         Street congestion

         Speeding problems

          City violations vs HOA enforcements

          City property and associated rights and responsiblity

          Violation warning and appeal process

          Request form and procedure for property changers and updates

          Possible New News Letter post each month.
