Wynstone Homeowners Association Annual Meeting

Meeting called to order by J Rubertino at 7:00 P.M.

1.     Minutes reviewed from 2016 Annual Meeting.  The meeting minutes were approved by the attendees without corrections.

2.     Financial Presentation- the financial statement is posted on the association's website for all members to view.

3.     Financial Balance Sheet-  Letters were sent out by the Apex Management co. to all homeowners who were deliquent in paying fines or dues.

4.     President Report-  Hired Goose-Go-Goose co. to help keep the park clean and cleared of goose debris.  

5.    Committe Reports- Easter egg hunt is being organized by Kelly Wagaman.  Volunteers are needed to help with this event.  Contact Kelly if you can help.  The third annual block party will occur in July with date TBA.  Volunteers to help in this event will also be needed.

6.    Election of Trustees-- The trustees opened up the nominations for new officers but no nominations were received from the attendees or by proxy.  Current officers were asked to remain and agreed to serve for another year.  Board was elected by those present at the meeting.  The trustees would like 2 more people to volunteer to serve as trustees for 2017. 

7.     HOA member questions and discussion -  Questions were presented about collecting fines and deliquent dues.  In January, letters were sent to multiple violaters of special deed restrictions with a warning of fines.   In February, 13 letters were sent to violaters with fines.   Discussion was held regarding purchasing electric and new signs for information boards at entrances of Wynstone and Erin.
